Can your products be used in seawater?

Yes. Our standard models use 304 stainless steel for frame and shafts, which is suitable for freshwater and low-salinity brackish water. For high-salinity seawater or long-term marine environment, we recommend 316 stainless steel upgrade (please specify when ordering).

Do you provide installation instructions?

Yes. We provide: English user manual (paper copy in the box + PDF file), installation video on YouTube (link sent via email), and remote support via WhatsApp for any questions during installation. For large orders, we can also arrange video call guidance.

What is the difference between paddle wheel aerator and microporous aeration?

A
Paddle wheel aerator: surface aeration, creates directional water flow, suitable for shrimp and shallow ponds (1.0-1.5m). Microporous aeration: bottom aeration, releases fine bubbles from bottom, suitable for deeper ponds (1.5-2.5m) and high-density farming. They can also work together as a combined system.

Please provide: pond size (sqm or mu), average depth(m), target species (shrimp/fish), stocking density, and your local power supply (voltage/frequency/phase). We will calculate the oxygen demand and recommend the right model and quantity.

Absolutely. Sample order is highly recommended. Sample cost is refundable upon bulk order confirmation.

How do you pack the products for export?

We use ISPM-15 certified plywood wooden cases (no fumigation required). Each unit is fixed inside with foam padding, wrapped with stretch film. Waterproof lining and anti-rust treatment applied. Shipping marks (your logo, address, etc.) can be printed on cases.
